The following information has been sent to you, in order to update you on flight details for your tour. Steps have been put in place to ensure we get you to and from Japan in the best way possible.

Already it is evident that demand will be far greater than supply. Thousands of supporters from all over the world will be descending on Japan, and with this in mind we have managed to secure flights for all 68 groups well ahead of flight system range (normally 11 months prior to departure). To date, we have 1502 bookings. This far exceeds the booking timeline during preparations for France 2007 and England 2015.

We require the following information before 10th August 2018 as we will be finalising contracts with all airlines by the end of August 2018.

Please reconfirm your departure and return capital city in Australia so that the correct port can be allocated or requested with the airline.

Your request to upgrade flights from the economy class level we have confirmed, are subject to availability and will be requested on a first come first serve basis.

Please note: The fare supplements listed are based on a very limited number of seats in that class of travel. Your tour consultant will inform you when your request has been confirmed by the airline, and at that time will also reconfirm the applicable airfare supplement.

Please be aware that airlines will release individual flights to the general public at approximately 11 months prior to departure.
